Customer Success Manager

An ideal candidate would have experience in e-commerce or retail marketing service providers, speaks fluent english and have a track record of successfully implemented solutions or business cases.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement personalization solutions (Dynamic Yield) and build business cases to increase online sales, conversions, order value and other key metrics
  • Develop solution roadmaps, lead customer interviews for identifying needs and goals, generate reports and gather feedback
  • Manage experiments in customer Dynamic Yield sections (audience segmentation, content, targeting, A/B-testing)
  • Provide consulting regarding business and technical support
  • Interact closely with Dynamic Yield consultants and technical support to learn and share experience
  • Take part in company strategy sessions to define new business directions, consulting products, prospect partners and business development

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success management, consulting or business analytics
  • Strong organization skills, a proven ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and proven presentation and client interaction skills
  • Strong understanding and proven experience of working with Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika or other analytics tools
  • e-Commerce or relevant digital agency experience would be a big advantage;
  • Experience with personalization tools or digital marketing tools (Google, Yandex, Criteo, RetailRocket, RichRelevance, Flocktory etc.), CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experience, HTML/CSS, JS knowledge would be a plus
  • Fluent English is a must as you will also lead European accounts (other languages would be a plus)
