Manage client projects: including project planning, risk management, team and resource planning, client expectations, team involved from the client side;
Manage internal team resources to perform project tasks (planning, evaluation, allocation, prioritization);
Manage client communication: status reports, escalation procedures, proactively leading ongoing communications
Monitor the timing and quality of tasks, timely inform external and internal customers about the status of the project;
Prioritize the queue of tasks together with clients: business tasks, tasks for the integration of solutions, design, etc;
Optimize processes and monitor compliance with them in the task manager: we use Asana, and also sometimes work in the client’s task managers;
Analyze and optimize the number of hours spent on completing tasks;
Lead retrospective meetings and implement best practices;
Ability to manage matrix teams of 5-10 team members, including CRM consultants, technical consultants, developers and campaign managers;
Aggregate team objectives to ensure visibility and transparency in our project management tools;
Ensuring an effective flow of information between internal team and clients;
Ownership for selected cross functional projects and processes;
Motivate and support the team in achieving set goals.
We are looking for:
3-5 years of project management and related experience (Digital, IT, Ecommerce);
Native/Advanced Polish, English;
Knowledge of the Russian language will be a plus;
PME/PMP certification as a plus;
Proven ability to solve problems creatively;
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
Excellent analytical skills;
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful with a customer-oriented approach;
Being open-minded and creative in finding business opportunities and improvements.
