HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist with strong expertise in Digital/IT/Ecommerce to join our fast-growing company.

What you will do:

  • research, search (directly), track and pre-select candidates, maintaining candidates database;
  • organize and perform all types of interviews, professional testing, reference check;
  • plan and execute effective onboarding process for newcomers;
  • develop Learning & Development programs for team members;
  • administer compensations and benefits;
  • participate in organizational and space planning for team wellness;
  • develop HR programs to create an efficient and collaborative workplace;
  • enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits;
  • develop employer branding strategy and realization;
  • support teammates in various HR-related topics;
  • plan and organize team buildings and other events to support team inspiration.

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources role in digital, IT or e-commerce company;
  • experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, including employee relations, development and performance appraisal systems;
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • capacity to prioritize across multiple issues and to respond quickly with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • autonomous, able to tolerate ambiguity, self-motivated;
  • a willingness to learn, help out, and go the extra mile;
  • upper-intermediate English (both written and verbal) is a must.
