We're seeking bright and self-driven individual to join our customer success team as a strong leader in Moscow. You will be responsible for strategic planning and successful implementation of such martech solutions as Dynamic Yield, Algolia, Persado, etc. to industry leaders like MTS, Citilink, Eldorado, VTB, Perekrestok, TSUM and others (Russia, CIS, Europe).
What you will do:
lead the Strategy & Insights team’s work with clients from the CIS and abroad to drive retention and maximize ARR;
develop and implement personalization solutions to increase online sales, conversions, order value and other key metrics;
manage personalization projects in terms of timings, implementations and results
launch experiments for conversion optimization, segment audience, launch A/B-tests;
hire, develop, mentor, and provide continuous feedback to Customer success managers.
We are looking for:
5+ years of experience in e-commerce or account management, can be client or agency side;
3+ years in leading role;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and client interaction skills;
Strong organizational skills, a proven ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
Understanding and proven experience of working with Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika or other analytics tools;
CRM/CX/Product background can be relevant as an ecommerce/digital management;
Preferrable experience with personalization tools or digital marketing tools (RetailRocket, RichRelevance, Flocktory etc.);
Fluent English is a must as you will also lead European accounts (other languages would be a plus).
